Description
ExCam IPM3016 – Ultra-Compact Explosion-Proof Camera for Hazardous Areas
The ExCam IPM3016 is a highly compact and economical explosion-proof IP megapixel camera for use in hazardous areas with the risk of gas and dust explosions. Despite its small design, the camera offers Full HDTV resolution (1080p) in combination with a wide-angle lens, and delivers high resolution without motion blur, thanks to progressive scan and CMOS sensor. With a maximum resolution of up to 30 fps, the camera is perfect for both static and moving objects. ExCam IPM3016 is certified according to ATEX, IECEx and EAC-Ex and is suitable for use in hazardous areas (zones 1, 2, 21, 22), including high risk mechanical threats. The modular construction reduces installation costs and makes the camera more space-efficient compared to traditional designs. The integrated 3D plastic adapter reduces manufacturing costs while providing high performance. The camera is made of high-quality materials, including resistant stainless steel, and is equipped with a special GYLON (PTFE) flat sealing system that provides extra protection against chemicals and water (IP68). Power over Ethernet (PoE) is supported, making the camera easy to install with just one cable for both data and power.
