Mobile harbor crane camera system
Mobile Harbour Cranes (MHC) are the flexible workhorse of the port. On rubber wheels, they can be quickly moved between quay areas according to where the need is greatest. Our camera system follows all these movements and provides the operator with good visual support wherever the crane is located in the terminal.
The system can include different camera types and VTGCam-Viewer, the easy-to-use software designed for varied everyday use. You can easily expand with more cameras.
VTGCam-Viewer runs on a dedicated device tailored for MHC operations and the ever-changing tasks.
With its simple and intuitive design, the software minimizes distractions. The operator gets fast zooming and clear camera selection, so the focus can always be on safe and precise loading and unloading – no matter where the crane is located.
Ship-to-Shore (STS) crane camera system
Ship-to-Shore cranes are the port’s true giant machines. They lift thousands of containers every day at high speed between ship and quay. Our camera system is designed for this rhythm and can give the operator an overview of twistlocks, container corners and the ship’s hold at all times.
The system can be combined with different cameras and VTGCam-Viewer – our robust video software optimized for continuous operation in terminals. More cameras can be added without any problems.
The software is installed on a dedicated and durable video processing unit.
VTGCam-Viewer is designed so that the operator can concentrate on the job. Easy zooming and lightning-fast switching between cameras make every movement safer and more efficient.
Camera set for AHC crane camera system
The AHC crane camera system is specialized for offshore cranes with Active Heave Compensation that keeps the load stationary in relation to the seabed, even when the vessel is moving in waves. The system can be equipped according to your needs and requirements and comes with VTGCam-Viewer, which is a specialized video software designed to support camera system operations. The system can be equipped with additional cameras if desired.
The VTGCam-Viewer software is installed on a dedicated video processing unit with a bespoke configuration optimized for the specific task to be performed.
VTGCam-Viewer is designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. Once the system is set up, there are no distracting options to confuse the operator.
The software provides basic functionality such as the ability to zoom in and out, as well as easy selection of cameras to ensure the operator has a clear and efficient view of the operation.

The tower crane camera system is equipped with one zoom camera and VTGCam-Viewer, which is a specialized video software designed to support the operational running of camera systems. The system can be equipped with additional cameras if desired.

This EX IP Crane camera in SST is a robust and reliable camera designed for demanding industrial environments. With Full HD 2 Megapixel resolution and 30x optical zoom, the camera provides detailed monitoring and inspection.
The camera is constructed from electropolished AISI 316L stainless steel and is IP66 certified, ensuring protection against dust and water. It supports PoE Class 3, which simplifies installation and reduces costs.
